Digital Meze | meeting 1

1st Meeting with Gee : we discussed about the gallery –
– opportunity to exhibit there for free and investigated the reasons of the offer.
– we both took it as a great opportunity to experiment and learn about the whole experience of curating ( a starting point )
– we discussed about some possible themes that the exhibition would propose, therefore we went throught the work of the artists and decided to start with a small questioner and proposal in order to decide which works would fit the concept of the whole.

the questioner is copied bellow:

Gitoon Art Space
17.04.2015 – 26.04.2015
(Date might be changed)

This upcoming exhibition is a great opportunity for a selected group of artists from Camberwell College of Art (University of the Arts London), to exhibit their work in an independent and brand new Gallery Space in Bethnal Green (Gitoon Art Space).
The exhibition intends to highlight issues of identity, integrity and existence within the virtual and real world, represented through digital art practice.

*We understand that the exhibition dates are very close to the interim show; therefore you have the possibility to submit the same artwork twice. Please bear in mind that the space is quite small so there will be a need of selecting only 6 or 7 art works depending on the workflow of the exhibition.
